After breakfast, proceed to the park headquarters for a briefing from the chief warden. You will be assigned a gorilla family group before beginning your trek through the rainforest. Trekking time varies between 30 minutes and 5 hours depending on gorilla movement, so good physical condition is recommended. Porters are available for hire at USD 20.
After spending your magical hour with the gorillas, return for your Gorilla Tracking Certificate.
Later transfer to Lake Bunyonyi for relaxation, sightseeing, and optional lake activities.
After breakfast, depart Lake Bunyonyi and begin your journey back to Entebbe. Stop at the Uganda Equator for lunch, photos, and souvenir shopping. Arrive in Entebbe by early evening and proceed to your selected hotel or airport for departure.
