Tour Overview
The River Roar Escape is a 4-day Northern Serengeti migration safari designed specifically around the dramatic Mara River wildebeest crossings. From July to October, thousands of wildebeest and zebras gather on the riverbanks, building tension before making their dangerous leap across crocodile-filled waters.

Itinerary
Fly from Arusha to Kogatende in the Northern Serengeti. Upon landing, begin your first game drive toward your camp or lodge. Track early migration movements, spot riverbank predators, and experience the buildup of the herds as they gather near crossing points.

Spend the entire day along the Mara River, moving between key crossing points. Your guide will strategically position you to witness the powerful spectacle: mass wildebeest crossings, crocodile ambushes, panic-driven stampedes, and dramatic survival battles. Picnic lunch served in the wild. Return to camp for a fireside dinner.

Focus today on predator-prey interactions around the migration herds. Visit kopjes, riverbanks, and hunting territories known for lions, leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas.
