WildMyth Adventures is a locally owned and operated safari company based in Arusha, Tanzania, with strong roots in both Tanzania and Kenya. Founded in 2020 by Upendo Daniel — a passionate former tour consultant — we exist to share the real heart of Africa with the world.
From our first safari over a decade ago to today, our mission has remained the same: to offer unforgettable travel experiences that are personal, honest, and expertly guided.
With a fleet of 10 reliable 4×4 vehicles and a dedicated team of 10 seasoned travel professionals, we offer personalized, safe, and seamless travel experiences across 154+ destinations in Tanzania and beyond.
After years of working as a frontline tour consultant, Upendo Daniel saw the need for a more transparent, guest-centered safari company. In 2020, he launched WildMyth Adventures with a vision: to create tailor-made African safaris that connect travelers to nature, culture, and community — without unnecessary markups or middlemen.
We now operate our own fleet of 4×4 vehicles, employ local guides and drivers full-time, and craft every itinerary ourselves. This hands-on model allows us to offer better prices, better service, and more meaningful journeys.
